We will be printing the stickers in full colour CMYK. If you can provide a CMYK file - your colour values wll be accurately reproduced. If you can only work in RGB - we will do our best to get the best colour match possible.
Ideally your artwork needs to be 300dpi or higher at the actual dimensions required. There's no upper limit, but you wont gain anything going above 400dpi.
If your artwork is vector based - you don't need to worry about dpi.
Firstly - the tollerencies of the kiss-cutting process is + or - 0.5mm, so please factor this into your artwork.
Uness your stickers have a white background - we require 3mm of bleed.
Your artwork needs to be sized correctly.
We just need one sticker (not multiple on a page). We will step & repeat them to match the paper or vinyl chosen.
With the exception of square & rectangular stickers, we require a 'vector based' cutting guide template. Please see the example PDF below. If you can't provide this - we can take care of it for a small fee.
Please provide us your artwork as a PDF or Jpeg file.
The cutting guide file must be 'Vector' based.
Providing us with a file showing the cutting guide is helpful, however please also send us a file without the cutting guide shown, either seperately or all in the same PDF as per the example below.
This three page PDF is an ideal example of how to provide your artwork for printing a kiss-cut sticker. The first page shows the artwork with the cutting guide, (just for reference). The second page just has the cutting guide and the third page just has the artwork. We use the files on pages two and three for production.
Note: This sticker required no bleed as the cutting guide is outside of the graphics on a white background.
