Full Colour Custom Printed Sets of Playing Cards
We can print a single or multiple sets of your custom designed cards, either as part of a game such as Monopoly or as a card game on it's own. Our cards can also be used as custom flashcards for educational purposes or personalised playing cards for games.
We can print your own custom size playing cards in addition to standard sizes such as Poker size, Bridge size and Tarot size playing cards.

We print full colour on both sides, on a choice of boards. We also offer a few optional extras such as gloss, matt or linen lamination and rounded corners. The dimensions of the cards are flexible and up to you - to use the following calculator, please choose the size that most closely matches your design. If in doubt, choose the next size up!
If your requirements are outside of the price list - please get in touch and we will work out a custom price for you.
Tolerances: die-cutting of playing cards with rounded corners can vary by about half to one millimetre in any direction. Please allow for this in your design and avoid thin borders near the edge!
Lamination will add a little bulk to the playing cards, but adds a degree of protection from sticky or dirty fingers, as laminated cards can be carefully wiped clean.
Choose from:
• 300 or 350gsm Coated Silk Art: a great silky smooth card that's also fairly stiff.
• 300 or 350gsm Premium Smooth High White: less stiff than Coated Silk Art and as such the best choice if you need to 'riffle shuffle' the cards.
• 300 or 350gsm 100% Recycled Uncoated Card: has all the green credentials.
• 275gsm Premium specialist opaque gaming card: a completely opaque card with a gray inner liner, (best for serious Poker players etc).
• 200 or 280 micron Synthetic tear proof, waterproof & wipe clean Polyester Plastic with an antibacterial coating: for demanding envrironments!

Answer:
We've selected the card choices above to suit all budgets and playing styles. If you need a budget card then choose a thinner card, (the 300gsm silk art is the cheapest in the range). If you need to riffle shuffle your cards then I would recoomend the 300gsm Premium Smooth for flexibility. If you're not concerned about stiffness and want the most luxurious 'thicker' card, then I would choose the 350gsm Premium Smooth or Silk Art.

Each sample card is unique, printed with every combination of our recommended card stocks & lamination options, 37 varieties in total.
Each card has a description and star rating showing: Choice of card stock, Choice of Lamination, Colour Vibrancy, Durability, Flexibility and Premium Feel. Use this as a guide to help you find the perfect combination for your own card game.

Our tuck-flap boxes are custom printed & made to the exact dimensions you require. We factor in the dimensions & amount of game cards going in your box, your choice of card and if they are laminated.
Once we've received your order - we provide you with a custom PDF template based on your specifications - enabling you to produce accurate artwork for your box.
Minimum thickness of our tuck-flap boxes is 10mm, (approximately 25 laminated cards on 350gsm silk art).
There's no maximum thickness, but if you have 100's of playing cards - you might want to consider having them split into two sets, side-by-side.
